Who we are
Maxicom is the trading name of Sustain Tech FZE, a company registered in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We buy, collect and recycle business IT hardware across the UAE and the GCC. What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, the location of the equipment, a description or list of the assets you want to sell, and any files you attach (spreadsheets, PDFs or photos).
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment-card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers through this website.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — to prepare a written quotation, arrange collection, and communicate with you about the transaction. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How your form is processed
Our quote and contact forms are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that passes your submission to our email inbox over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Web3Forms processes the data on our behalf solely to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and transaction records only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive data such as passwords or ID documents through the website.
