Storage starts with data destruction

Storage is the category where data security decides everything — so we sanitise every drive to the correct standard before anything moves on, with a certificate for each, then pay you for the arrays, controllers and drives on the current market. You clear the data liability and recover value in one move.

We buy across the UAE and the GCC, whole systems or loose drives in volume, with free collection.

By type, in depth

What storage we buy

Arrays & SAN/NAS

We buy enterprise storage across the major platforms — NetApp FAS and AFF, Dell EMC (Unity, PowerStore, VNX, Isilon), HPE (Nimble, 3PAR, Primera, MSA), Pure Storage and Hitachi. Whole systems, or the controllers and disk shelves on their own, are priced against the current market.

Enterprise drives, in volume

SAS, SATA, SSD and NVMe drives in enterprise capacities are a liquid, high-demand category — loose drives in quantity are often the highest-value form. Send the model, capacity and count; each type is priced per SKU, and every drive is sanitised before it moves on.

Controllers, shelves & cache

Storage controllers, DS and expansion shelves, cache and NVRAM modules, and the trays and caddies around them are all in scope. We take fully-populated arrays or bare enclosures, and value the disks inside as part of the offer.

Tape & backup

LTO tape libraries and standalone drives, autoloaders and cartridges — LTO-6 through the current generation — are bought alongside the arrays, so a full backup estate leaves in one collection.

Encrypted & self-encrypting drives

Self-encrypting drives and NetApp NSE arrays are welcome — encryption actually simplifies sanitisation. NSE drives are cryptographically erased via ONTAP's destroy-key command, which is faster and more reliable, and the method is recorded on the certificate.

Any state

Production-pull, decommissioned, migrated-off or faulty storage is all bought — no need to test or wipe first. Data destruction runs on our side to NIST 800-88 for HDDs and IEEE 2883 for SSD/NVMe, with a certificate for every drive.

Common questions

FAQ

How much is my used storage worth?
It varies by array, drive type, capacity and condition — enterprise SSDs and current NetApp or Dell EMC arrays hold strong value, older HDDs less. Send the models and quantities and we price it to today's market in AED.
How are the drives in my storage wiped?
By the correct method for each type — HDDs to NIST 800-88, SSD/NVMe to IEEE 2883, and self-encrypting drives by Cryptographic Erase. Each drive gets a certificate; drives that can't be wiped are physically destroyed through a vetted partner.
Does NetApp encryption (NSE) complicate disposition?
No — it simplifies it. NSE drives are Cryptographic-Erased via the ONTAP key-destroy command, which is fast and defensible. The certificate names the encryption state and method.
Do you buy loose drives, or only whole arrays?
Both. Loose enterprise drives in volume are a high-value form; whole arrays, controllers and shelves are priced as systems.
What brands and generations do you buy?
NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, Pure and Hitachi, plus enterprise SSDs/HDDs and LTO tape. Current and older generations accepted.
Do you buy decommissioned or faulty storage?
Yes — we sanitise what's data-bearing and pay for what's recoverable.
How is storage priced?
Against the current market for the specific array, drive types, capacities and condition — a written offer in AED.

Clear the data risk. Recover the value.
